This year I had the opportunity to continue working on my monograph on Giacinto Brandi (1621–1691) and to expand my research to the study of two artists closely related to Brandi: Pier Francesco Mola (1612–1666) and Mattia Preti (1613–1699). With regard to Mola, I have written an article devoted to the drawings in his oeuvre, and I published an essay on Preti in the
